  • Find a quiet place to sit and relax.
  • Cradle the stone in both hands on your lap.
  • Feel its weight, contemplate the glyph, then close your eyes.
  • Transfer the weight sensation from your hands to your head.
  • Picture the glyph in your mind's eye.
  • Think the sound of the letters r & l: r-l, r-l, over and over in silence.
  • Keep these three mantra elements: weight, image & sound in balance.
  • An energising sensation rises through your head when you're done.
  • It'll come in seconds with practice.
